Biography
Brendan McCoy is an associate at Scott & Aplin LLC. He was born in Danville, Indiana in February, 1998 and lived in Indianapolis until attending college. He spent the balance of his life in Indiana, eventually setting in Fort Wayne, Indiana in 2024. Mr. McCoy is a 2016 graduate of Cardinal Ritter High School in Indianapolis, Indiana. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Wabash College in 2020 and received his Juris Doctor Degree from The Ohio Northern University Claude W. Pettit College of Law in 2024.
Mr. McCoy is licensed to practice law before all state courts in the state of Indiana. He is also licensed to practice before the Federal District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
Mr. McCoy concentrates his practice in the areas of criminal defense and tort law. Mr. McCoy also has a particular interest in representing injured parties in medical malpractice lawsuits.
